If any of the goods are out of stock but due to arrive from the wholesaler in the next few days, we may hold on to your order until these arrive. However we will let you know about any significant delay and if you wish to cancel that part of the order you may do so.

If an order is despatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.

A Word About Packaging

Like most people I am trying to minimise my plastic usage and consumption. Instead of sealing items in single use cello bags I now make wallets and envelopes from old magazines, books, tv guides, catalogues etc.

I am lucky enough to have lots of these items donated by family, friends and neighbours. I am not trying to make any religious, political or socio-economic statement other than reducing the amount of plastic I am using.

I also recycle as much packaging as I can including padded envelopes, brown paper packaging and shredded paper and board.

If you receive bubble wrap or any other form of plastic wrapping it will be recycled or diverted from the waste stream. I was recently given a box of plastic parcel tape and a huge roll of bubble wrap that was otherwise destined for a skip. I prefer to use these items rather than see them end up in landfill.
