Minimum Order

Please note we now have a minimum order value of £3.00 due to a rise in postage and packaging costs.

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, NoChex, Cheques and Postal Orders in Sterling (GBP) only.
Payable to S-J underhill. Items will be posted on receipt of payment either the same or next day.
Please ensure you follow all the payment processing windows to the very end and click the return to store button to complete the payment process.

Postage

All orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail second class, Postage is Free, unless you choose recorded £1, first £3 or first recorded £4. We make a post run every weekday at around 2pm No post runs at the weekends or Bank Holidays.
We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail

European Postage charges are at a set rate no matter how many items are ordered;

Items 'Lost in the Post' are normally very rare, however if this does occur We will replace items where possible, otherwise a refund or replacement will be offered.

Packing materials

We will use recycled packing materials if available, it helps to keep the costs down and is better for the environment, however all packages will be clearly addressed and safely packaged whether using new or recycled materials.

Returns and exchanges

We try to provide a fast and efficient service providing high quality goods, We are only human and sometimes mistakes do occur, if you have a problem or query about your purchase then please contact me. We are happy to solve all problems amicably, but can only do this if We know about them.

Refunds for unwanted goods will be given, minus the postage charges, on receipt of returned goods in a re~sellable condition.

A full refund will be given for faulty or damaged goods.

For every full £5 you spend you will receive a sticker, when your card is full you will receive £10 off your next order.
