These Lustre powders are transluscent and can be used over clear ink as well as coloured to give delicate colourful effects. The ink colour used underneath will subtly affect the overall outcome of iridescent colour. When these embossing powders catch the light a shimmering iridescent colour can be seen.
As these embossing powders are clear enamel based, they can be used as ultra thick embossing crystals. Just use over Clear UTEE or build up a number of layers to obtain the required thickness.
